Stroyed Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to: • Download, install, and use our games and applications for your personal, non-commercial use. • Access and browse the Stroyed Studio website for informational purposes. • Share screenshots and video clips of our games for personal, non-commercial content creation, provided proper credit is given to Stroyed Studio. This license does not include the right to sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Stroyed Studio content.

You may NOT, without express written permission from Stroyed Studio: • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Stroyed Studio game, application, artwork, or content. • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software. • Create derivative works based on Stroyed Studio content. • Use any Stroyed Studio assets (logos, characters, artwork) for commercial purposes. • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. • Use our brand name or logo in any way that implies endorsement without prior approval.

All visual assets, including character designs, environment art, UI elements, icons, and promotional artwork created by Stroyed Studio are proprietary. Fan art created for non-commercial, personal use is permitted and appreciated. However, fan art may not be sold, used in merchandise, or used in any commercial context without written authorization from Stroyed Studio.

All original music compositions, sound effects, and audio content in Stroyed Studio games are either: • Owned outright by Stroyed Studio and protected under copyright, or • Licensed from third-party creators under terms that restrict redistribution. You may not extract, redistribute, sell, or use any audio content from our games without explicit written permission.

"Stroyed Studio," the Stroyed Studio logo, and any game titles (including but not limited to "Lemon Sellers Tycoon") are trademarks of Stroyed Studio. Unauthorized use of these trademarks in any context — including websites, merchandise, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy any copies of Stroyed Studio software and content in your possession.

Stroyed Studio products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stroyed Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
